1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FORJ ("the Service"), operated by FORJ AI Company ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FORJ provides AI-powered business operations tools including marketing, scheduling, invoicing, social media management, and other business automation services. We also offer SermonGuide, an AI-powered sermon analysis tool.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features require a subscription processed through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe customer portal.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@forjai.com.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by FORJ AI Company. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property. Content you create or upload through the Service remains yours.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content, analysis, and recommendations. AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORJ AI Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
